You must be at least 18 years old to create a TipMe account. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

TipMe provides a platform for digital tipping. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable gratuitous payments. By using our service:
TipMe charges processing fees on each transaction to cover payment processing costs. Fee details are displayed during the tipping process. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice to account holders.
Tip recipients can request payouts to their linked bank account. Payouts are subject to:
TipMe integrates with third-party financial service providers to process payments and facilitate bank account linking. By using TipMe, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Plaid: To link your bank account for receiving payouts, TipMe uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). By linking your bank account, you consent to Plaid accessing your bank account information on behalf of TipMe. Bank account details (routing and account numbers) retrieved via Plaid are stored on TipMe servers encrypted with AES-256 to facilitate payout processing. Your use of Plaid is subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
Nuvei: Tip payments are processed through Nuvei, our payment processor. Payment card information is handled directly by Nuvei in a PCI-compliant environment and is not stored on TipMe servers.
Persona: Identity verification is performed by Persona. Verification documents are processed and stored securely by Persona in compliance with applicable regulations.
You may revoke access granted to any third-party service provider at any time by contacting us at support@tipme-app.com. Revoking access may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with identity verification requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by TipMe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
