1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TipMe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a TipMe account. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To receive tips, you must create an account and complete identity verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages from TipMe for phone number verification. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting support@tipme-app.com.

By using TipMe, you acknowledge that we collect anonymous analytics data including page visits, device information, and usage patterns to improve our platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Tipping Services

TipMe provides a platform for digital tipping. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable gratuitous payments. By using our service:

• Tippers acknowledge that tips are voluntary and final
• Recipients agree to use the platform solely for legitimate tipping purposes
• TipMe does not guarantee any specific amount or frequency of tips
• TipMe is not an employer of any tip recipient

5. Fees and Payments

TipMe charges processing fees on each transaction to cover payment processing costs. Fee details are displayed during the tipping process. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice to account holders.

6. Payouts

Tip recipients can request payouts to their linked bank account. Payouts are subject to:

• Completed identity verification
• A valid linked bank account
• Minimum payout thresholds
• Processing times of 1-3 business days
• Fraud and compliance review

7. Third-Party Financial Services

TipMe integrates with third-party financial service providers to process payments and facilitate bank account linking. By using TipMe, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Plaid: To link your bank account for receiving payouts, TipMe uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). By linking your bank account, you consent to Plaid accessing your bank account information on behalf of TipMe. Bank account details (routing and account numbers) retrieved via Plaid are stored on TipMe servers encrypted with AES-256 to facilitate payout processing. Your use of Plaid is subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

Stripe: Tip payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe in a PCI-compliant environment and is not stored on TipMe servers.

Stripe Identity: Identity verification is performed by Stripe Identity. Verification documents are processed and stored securely by Stripe in compliance with applicable regulations.

You may revoke access granted to any third-party service provider at any time by contacting us at support@tipme-app.com. Revoking access may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Attempt to circumvent security features
• Solicit tips through deceptive or fraudulent means
• Abuse the chargeback or dispute process

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with identity verification requirements. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by TipMe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
